Useful information

Prices are per room per night and include: breakfast, access to the wellness area, bed linen and towels, heating, electricity, external parking, final cleaning, use of the ski/bike storage with boot warmers, Mobilcard Alto Adige. Cribs for children are available upon request.

Room cleaning is done every 2 days, while the bed is made, trash bins are emptied, and towels are changed daily, taking into account that using fewer detergents is better for the environment.

Rooms must be rented for a minimum of 2 nights. On the day of arrival, rooms are available from 3 p.m. onwards, and on the day of departure, please vacate them by 10 a.m.

The reservation is valid after paying a confirmatory deposit equal to 1/3 of the total price, followed by our written confirmation. The deposit must be paid within 5 days of the reservation date.

Kindly make all payments in cash or by bank transfer. All credit cards are accepted.

In case of late arrivals, early departures, no-shows, or a lower number of guests, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Prices do not include the local tourist tax. The tax must be paid on-site.

Man's best friends, dogs and cats, are not allowed.

We kindly ask our guests to:

• Contact us by phone upon arrival.
• Notify us in advance of any changes in the number of guests.
• Not smoke in the rooms.
